 Unit 2 Fitness in association with EPA Security is conducting a one week long hand to hand combat course. This class is being lead by UFC Veteran and 2x BJJ world champion Roberto Traven. Roberto Traven has trained FBI agents, special operations military units, and local law enforcement personnel.
This course will teach participants
- How to take down opponents and avoid being taken down.
- Basic submission techniques: Including chokes and various joint locks
- How to maintain dominant position to your opponent on the ground
- Effective use of close combat striking
- How to restrain an opponent while standing
- Classes will start with 10-15 minutes of intense warm up to help increase fitness level of participants.
